The aim of this campaign was to promote the full breadth of services that Medcan offers that our clients may not have known about otherwise. With the timing of the new year, we felt it fitting to launch a campaign that allowed our users to tell us what their goals are, and specially curate a recommendation with the appropriate Medcan services.
The “New Year’s Revolution” campaign page lived off of medcan.com, containing an interactive intention selector for the new year.
There were 12 different intentions that corresponded to 9 unique Medcan products and services.
Users can learn more about each intention to see if it aligns with
their personal health goals.
Once the intentions are selected, users fill out a simple form to enter into a contest for a chance to win 5 complimentary health coaching sessions.
Each entry is stored as a lead with selected intentions in Salesforce and actioned on by our customer service team.
The campaign page also housed a chart to showcase what intentions were submitted by other Medcan clients.
From the variety of intentions and responses, we learned that there isn’t just a “one size fits all” solution to healthcare.

Creating such a large campaign also meant creating assets for emails and social media, as well as for print to display on site.
